Special Features of the Toyota RAV4 2.5
Multi-Information Display (MID)
Toyota variants are fitted with advanced Multi-Information Display (MID), guaranteeing that you are always in tune with vehicle operations, exterior weather conditions, and safety systems.
Mounted between the tachometer and speedometer, directly in front of the steering wheel, with this feature, you will have essential driving information at eye level when you get behind the wheel.
Digital Radio (DAB+)
Rather than using the old bland ‘search’ button, Toyota offers a digital radio (DAB+) that makes it easy to flip through. It automatically tunes to all available digital stations.
It transmits the track and artist details to your car’s multimedia screens, as well as news or traffic updates, without interrupting the audio stream.
SRS Airbag Package
Forged to supplement and enhance the seat belt system and improve passenger safety, the Toyota RAV4 2.5 is engineered with 7 Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Airbags that deploy at the speed of 100 to 300 km / h.
The airbag of the driver spreads from the steering wheel and the front passengers from the dashboard.
The Toyota RAV4 2.5 is fitted with ISOFIX Feature, which has an ISOFIX anchor consisting of two lower loops per position to which the child seat can be attached and keeps your child safe.
A top tether anchor use also comes practical when the child seat is in the forward-facing position.
Reverse parking and manoeuvring are considerably more manageable and smoother using the rearview camera. When reverse gear is engaged, it is activated automatically and displays the vehicle’s area (with dynamic guidelines) on the central monitor.
The media display’s dynamic guidelines give drivers a clear orientation when manoeuvring.
Active Cruise Control
Sets out a maintained safe distance between vehicles; this feature also keeps your car at a preselected speed using your Toyota’s built-in camera and front-grille-mounted radar.
When these sensors detect a slower vehicle moving within distance, your vehicle will be slowed down by the system to keep a safe space.
Interior of the Toyota RAV4 2.5

Toyota rendered the RAV4 seat to provide a high degree of ease and comfort in daily use. A 6:4 split-flat-folding rear seat, sliding and reclining bench design with adjustable head restraints for each position.
Part of the seatback reclines individually in four different positions or folds flat for cargo handling.
8” Color Touchscreen Display
The Toyota RAV4 comes with state-of-the-art technology to help you stay connected on the road. With a well-sized 8 inch touchscreen, you can use voice control with Apple CarPlay® and Android AutoTM to navigate your digital instrument applications when you are on the go.
It also incorporates the new Toyota infotainment features such as Bluetooth® connectivity, voice recognition, Siri® Eyes Free, reversing camera, and the myToyota app to connect with your smartphone for live weather forecasts, travel, and traffic statistics.
Door pockets save your time and make it easy for you to find your items like glasses, phones, credit cards, keys, and coins, providing you with a simple way to access your important things within your reach.
Assembled with 6 sophisticated speaker audio systems that bring you the most compelling and high-quality audio while on the road, Toyota RAV4 makes your road trip more entertaining and unforgettable.
Toyota engineered the RAV4 with an overhead console or an overhead organizer that enables you to store away small items out of sight for easy access while keeping your dashboard from being cluttered.
Providing you a more organized space inside your vehicle, which adds up to a more comfortable and stress-free drive.
Exterior of the Toyota RAV4 2.5
LED Daytime Running Lamps (LED DRL)
LED Daytime Running Lamps, otherwise known as LED DRL, are integrated into the headlight clusters, making it easier for other motorists, pedestrians, cyclists, and cars to notice your presence on the road.
This feature is most likely to lessen multiple vehicle daytime accidents.
Automatic Headlight provides you a clear view of the road ahead. This feature senses the oncoming headlights that protect you and other drivers on the route from being blinded by your high beams.
It switches off the high beams and engages the low beams once it detects headlights. The system automatically activates the high beams again as the headlights pass.
Electrically Retractable Side Mirrors
All folding mirrors can be retracted manually, but this car will take you to a different level. Engineered with impressive Electrically Retractable Side Mirrors, Toyota RAV4 2.5 wing mirrors can be folded in when the car is locked and fold-out as the vehicle is unlocked.
This function can be switched off in the Multimedia System if you prefer using the manual mode.
Shark Fin Antenna
Delivering high efficiency in connectivity, navigation, and data transfer, Toyota RAV4 has a Shark Fin Antenna that features a visually appealing design and is remarkably rugged.
Intentionally built to withstand hazards that antennas encountered, such as tree branches, lousy weather, and carwashes.
Rear Mudflaps are also known as mud guards or splash guards. The purpose of this feature is to help prevent the dirt and grime from reaching the sensitive parts of your vehicle, particularly the undercarriage, which is vulnerable to rust and corrosion.
Resin Rear Spoiler
Endowing the Toyota RAV4 with a more aggressive and sporty look, the Resin Rear Spoiler is not only about looks. This feature’s sole purpose is to provide a downforce so that the car braces onto the road better while turning at high speeds.

History of Toyota RAV4 2.5
The Toyota RAV4 is a compact crossover SUV rendered by the Japanese car manufacturer, Toyota. In 1994, it debuted in Japan and Europe and in 1995 in North America. The vehicle was developed for clients who wanted a car that had most of the advantages of SUVs, such as enhanced cargo capacity, higher visibility, and full-time four-wheel-drive options, along with the compact car’s maneuverability and fuel economy.
RAV4 originally stood for “Recreational Activity Vehicle: 4-wheel drive,” but not all RAV4 models are four-wheel drive. This has been changed to “Robust Accurate Vehicle: 4-wheel drive” because the above equipment is an option in select countries.
Its structure was somewhat unusual, retaining a typical 4WD vehicle’s ideal height, ground clearance, and chunky look, but connected to a car-like monocoque bodyshell instead of a separate body and frame. The concept was an innovation that had been bubbling away as far back as 1986 among Toyota’s project team when its radical styling briefs were initially addressed.
When the RAV Four idea was displayed at the Tokyo Motor Show, the first physical representation arrived in 1989. For the 1993 show, the idea was then refined and remodeled, giving a much closer indication of the production car that would appear the next year.
Together with the interior space of a complete hatchback, the RAV ‘s combination of city-ready dimensions and off-road pretensions made it an instant success, swaying thousands of Australians. Compared to its two-door roots, the RAV4 is now sold as a five-door SUV only, evolving into more of a midsize SUV over successive generations. Consumers can pick between two and four-wheel-drive petrol and diesel engines and many specification levels.
The latest RAV4 was introduced in Europe in 2019, advertised as an all-hybrid platform for the first time in this market. It is the first SUV to be designed on the modular New Global Architecture platform of Toyota, offering fundamental handling, safety, and design benefits.
