How Do I Book a Vehicle?

Booking a new vehicle via VINCAR’s Store is simple and fuss-free. You can choose to pay immediately for your deposit using Credit Card, PayNow or requesting assistance via our support channels.

Ordering Steps:

  1. Simply add the vehicle to your cart by selecting ‘Add to Cart’ and then Check Out your order.
  2. Select mode of Payment (Credit Card, PayNow or Assistance)
  3. Select Place Order, and your order will be complete.

Have problems placing your order? Just leave us a message with on our LiveChat and our team will be standing by to assist you within a few hours. (usually faster).

Is it safe to book my car online?

Absolutely! Your personal data and information are secured and processed by Stripe Payments (the world’s leading Payment Gateway provider) using the strictest security protocols. We enforce strict encrypted SSL protection on all of our websites and eStore.

You can also choose to transfer using PayNow (Supported by Bank of China, Citibank Singapore Limited, DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and UOB)

You can also choose to request support via our support channels when placing your order.

What happens after i book online?

While our showrooms remain closed during this Circuit Breaker period, we remain committed to serve and support you to the best of our abilities.

Step 1: One of our sales customer representatives will be in touch with you to find out more about any additional requests, and address your inquiries.

Step 2: A digital sales agreement will be emailed to you for your review and signature. There’s no need to print! Just e-Sign and a copy will be sent to your email inbox.

Step 3: Upon confirmation of your Sales Agreement, your appointed representative will follow up with you to confirm and finalize your deposit.

Step 4: The confirmation of the deposit payment will be sent to you together with the receipt. Our team will process the logistics and paperwork for your vehicle.

Step 5: Your vehicle will be ready for delivery after the 1st June 2020 (subject to Circuit Breaker Regulations by the Singapore Government).

Can I book a test drive?

Unfortunately due to the COVID19 Circuit breaker measures instituted by the government –  we will be unable to allow any test-drives during this period until the 2nd of June 2020.

You may still arrange for a test-drive after the 5th of May and we will prioritize your test-drive appointment for you.
