Responsible for VinCar's operations, administration, human resources and finance departments, Serene, who joined the company in 2011, is adept at encouraging a diverse group of people to work together effectively.

Apart from guaranteeing VinCar's financial stability, she is also responsible for streamlining its processes and promoting effective collaboration across various areas of the business. Additionally, Serene is well-placed to optimise operations to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Senior Manager

Meticulous and highly organised, Audrey, VinCar's Administration Manager, is an indispensable part of the VinCar family. Performing integral back-end support duties, customers and VinCar's sales specialists alike can count on her and her administration team to get their cars on the road swiftly – this includes the ever-tedious arrangements and legal agreements with insurance companies, banks, owners and other key authorities in the automobile industry.

Terence's day-to-day opportunities range from motivating and supporting VinCar's sales personnel in their daily activities, to overseeing the operations and logistical complexities at the showroom.

A natural around automobiles and the sales trade, his straightforward style and obliging ways, not to mention his ever-increasing knowledge and swift after-sales care, have also won him a loyal clutch of repeat customers.

Anthony joined VinCar in 2011, bringing with him almost a decade of experience in marketing high-end marques, including luxury European marques and top-of-the-line Japanese models.

Over the years, Anthony has relished opportunities to hone his sales techniques and learn more about his industry. Coupled with a high-energy personality, he has fine-tuned his knack for connecting with clients, as well as matching customer interests with the right model.
